This notice explains what personal data ENFORCIS collects on this website, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
1. Data controller

2. Data collected, purposes and legal bases
Demo or POC requests
Data: the three fields of the demo request form (first name, last name and business email address), together with the address of the page from which the request is sent and its date. Purpose: to respond to your request and contact you about it. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Retention period: 3 years from the last contact.
Our forms are protected against automated submissions by internal technical measures, without any third-party service or cookie. Each request sent is automatically forwarded to HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
Information about ENFORCIS (B2B prospecting)
Data: identity and business contact details. Purpose: to send you information about our services and events relating to your professional activity. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of ENFORCIS. You may object at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Retention period: 3 years from the last contact.
Customers, suppliers and partners
Data: identity, business contact details, job title, signature. Purpose: management of the contractual relationship, invoicing. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations. Retention period: duration of the relationship, then 5 years (10 years for accounting records).
Recruitment
Data: identity, contact details, CV, education, experience and skills. Purpose: processing of applications. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures. Retention period: 2 years after the last contact, unless you object.
Audience measurement
Data: pages viewed, source of the visit, cookie identifier. Purpose: to understand how the website is used and to improve it. Legal basis: your consent, obtained through the cookie banner.
3. Recipients
Your data is intended solely for authorised ENFORCIS personnel. It is also processed on our behalf by our processors: HubSpot (CRM that receives the requests sent through the demo form, email sending and, if you agree, audience measurement) and PIXELY (website hosting). ENFORCIS neither sells nor rents out your data.
4. Transfers outside the European Union
Our host, PIXELY, is established in the United Kingdom, a country covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. HubSpot is a company of US origin: where data is transferred to the United States, such transfers are governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to set out instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: contact [at] enforcis.com or by post to the address of our registered office. We respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, France’s data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
6. Cookies and trackers
During your visit, we use a limited number of trackers, described below. Those that are not strictly necessary are only placed or read with your consent, obtained through the tarteaucitron.js consent manager, hosted on our own server.
HubSpot (with your consent). If you accept, the HubSpot service (HubSpot, Inc. and HubSpot Ireland Limited, our processor) measures your browsing on the website and, where applicable, links it to your demo request, in order to follow up requests and improve our content. Cookies: __hstc, hubspotutk (6 months maximum), __hssc (30 minutes), __hssrc (end of session). Our HubSpot account is hosted in HubSpot’s European data centre; any access from the United States is governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses. Without your consent, the HubSpot script is not loaded at all.
Matomo (audience measurement exempt from consent). We measure website traffic with Matomo, installed on our own server and configured without cookies, with a truncated IP address (last two bytes masked). The statistics are used solely to measure the website’s audience, are neither combined with other processing nor passed on to third parties, and the raw data is deleted after 25 months at most. In line with the CNIL’s guidelines, this measurement does not require your consent. You may nevertheless object to it at any time:
You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.
Form protection. Our forms are protected against automated submissions by internal technical measures, without any third-party service or cookie.
Storing your choice. Your choices are stored in the “tarteaucitron” cookie, set by our website, for 6 months. It only contains the list of services accepted or refused and is not passed on to any third party. At the end of this period, you will be asked for your choice again.

ENFORCIS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
