Concerning this processing, ENFORCIS collects the following Personal Data:

- Company and position held.

Retention period: Your Personal Data is processed and kept, unless you expressly request otherwise:
- For prospects, for 3 years from the last exchange with ENFORCIS;
- For customers, for 3 years from the fin of the commercial relationship.

b.Processing(s) of Data carried out for the purposes of managing prospects, customers, service providers and partners

Purposes of processing: ENFORCIS is also required to process Personal Data concerning you when a request for a quote for services or training delivered by ENFORCIS, via our contact email addresses or in the event of direct prospecting or contract negotiations.

Categories of Personal Data processed:
Concerning this processing, ENFORCIS collects the following Personal Data for the referent person for the conclusion of the contract or the invoicing of our services:
- Last name;
- First name;
- Phone email address;
- Company and position held;
- Signature (in case of conclusion of the contract).

Retention period: Your Personal Data is processed and kept, unless you expressly request otherwise:
- For requests for quotations not leading to the conclusion of a contract, one year after the closing of the request or our last exchange;
- During the performance of the contract, the duration of the contractual relationship and afin to ensure the defense of our rights in the event of litigation, for five years following the fin of the contractual relationship.

c.Processing carried out for recruitment purposes

Purposes of processing: ENFORCIS is required to process Personal Data about you when you submit an unsolicited application or apply to an advertisement posted by ENFORCIS during the recruitment process.

Categories of Personal Data processed: With regard to this processing, ENFORCIS collects the following Personal Data for the person referring all the information you communicate to us via the transmission of your application but only processes the following information:

- First name;
- Email address;
- Home address;
- Telephone;
- Candidate's photo;
- Family situation;
- Level of education;
- Professional experience;
- Professional skills;
- Languages spoken;
- Salary expectations;
- Hobbies.

Retention period: Your Personal Data is processed and kept, unless you expressly request otherwise:
- If your application is accepted, Personal Data relating to an employee is kept for the time of his/her presence within ENFORCIS and after his/her departure for the applicable legal retention period;
- If your application is rejected, one year from the date your application is sent.

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have the right to access and rectification of your Personal Data as well as the right to request its effacement (right to be forgotten), the right to object to its Processing and to obtain its limitation or portability insofar as applicable, subject to compelling legitimate reasons that ENFORCIS may justifier for retaining your Data.

When you exercise your rights, ENFORCIS processes your Personal Data solely for the fins of managing your request. Your title, surname, first name and a copy of your identity document will be requested. This information will be kept for a period of 3 years, with the exception of the copy of your identity document, which will only be kept once your request has been processed or filed.
